You can either attach your documents to the applicaiton or send them by e-mail to applications@gcevaluators.com, you can also fax them to 1-979-690-6342. Clear copies of all educational documents may be e-mailed, mailed, or faxed to us at the contact information stated above. DO NOT send this application.
Certified English translations must accompany all foreign language documents.
All Copies of Documents become the property of GCE, Inc and will be not be returned unless you pay the return document fee.
GCE, Inc reserves the right to request original documents for verification purposes.
If I submit any incorrect email or postal address to GCE, INC, I understand that my evaluation may be delayed for days or weeks and that GCE, Inc will not be responsible for these delays.
All applications submitted after 12:00 p.m. Central Time Zone U.S. will be processed the following business day.

Terms of Service

IMPORTANT: SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION STIPULATES THAT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, all of the information provided in this application is complete and correct.
I certify that I have submitted all required documents, including native language records with certified English translations.
I certify that I have read ALL of the instructions and that I accept the terms and conditions stated therein.
I authorize Global Credential Evaluators, Inc. to verify all submitted educational credentials in order to conduct a thorough and professional credential evaluation.
I understand that evaluation reports prepared by Global Credential Evaluators, Inc. are ADVISORY, and are NOT binding on any agency, institution or organization that uses them.
I understand there will be no refund except as outlined in this application.
I understand there will be no refund except the additional rush fee when RUSH service cannot be honored
I understand the original application and academic records will be available for five (5) years
I release Global Credential Evaluators, Inc. from any liability for damages incurred by me, by my representative, or by any third party, resulting from the use of an evaluation report by me or any third party.
I understand changes in the evaluation, using documents received with the original application, must be requested in writing within 90 days of receiving the evaluation.

YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE

By clicking the button below you agree that you have read the application in full and are submitting all necessary documentation for GCE to do a thorough evaluation of your education. You, the applicant, are required to submit any documentation pertinent to the education you are having evaluated. This includes all individual mark sheets, transcripts, diplomas or degrees, in both the native language and English.

Generally speaking, GCE will not contact you for additional documentation unless the stated number of pages submitted is less than the actual number of pages received. If you do not fill out the section of the application that states how many pages you are having evaluated, GCE will assume that all documents you intended to submit were received.

Course work and transcripts can be evaluated for equivalency to U.S. course work only. Without a degree or diploma, equivalency to a U.S. degree cannot be determined or stated, except in rare cases where the transcript clearly states that a specific degree was awarded. In this case, the transcript must state not only the specific degree awarded, but an award or graduation date.
